Hate when service providers randomly do stupid things. Like delete needed email aliases. Thank God #Rackspace and #HTTPme aren't like that.

@Rackspace I can't login in my cloud hosting and I got "A database error has occurred and your login could not be processed"

@Rackspace signed-up eagerly;had it verified but can't login. Phone support says 'I' can't sign-up for rackspace, "shud go elsewhere!" #fail
