one of our Rackspace cloud servers is down again due to unknown reasons, twice within a month #fail #cloud #rax

@RackSpace's cloud API is pretty annoying with rate limits. I have 8 servers to build and the damn thing keeps nuking my script.

Est. time to get a dedicated server up... 5 days. It's now day 7. 1st surprise: it takes 5 days. 2nd surprise: it's late! #fail #Rackspace.

@Disaster_Guy @ushahidi @SahanaFOSS We mostly run our Sweeper deployments on 256MB Rackspace servers. No trouble, even with high load!
