Quite disappointed in @rackspace 's support as of late. I spend $4000 a month on them and they won't help bc I'm not on "managed support".

@tedder42 @mlkshk I lost a firewall at Rackspace about 15 mins before the AWS outage, so it's been an epic cloud vs colo battle of fail.

Urgh. I'm going to rackspace. Web hosts and their crap support. Just reboot it! Reliance on others does my head in.
