@notrab I need to get round to doing stuff with my online stuff to make it better and cheaper. @mediatemple is not the best option anymore.

@Smutchings @mediatemple It's sad. I feel partly to blame. I don't do business with family but in cases when shit goes wrong, I wish I did.

@rkudeshi just poor customer ser. the attitude has been more of something I would expect from a cheaper hosting company not @mediatemple

Very disappointed @mediatemple. My site has been up/down all day. We're losing business. Nobody can tell me when the problem will be fixed!

@mediatemplehelp The status page has info about internal support problems but our mediatemple hosts had bad DNS that had to be overridden.
