mediatemple is a truly terrible host. one of my clients are hosted w/ them and its constant problems. support tickets unanswered for 24 hrs+

@mediatemple @mediatemplehelp. Again. No. I do not have the option to cancel before my next cycle. Which is a terrible way to do business.

it's really sad that in @mediatemple WP Hosting all sites are still running 4.1.2 no way to do manual updates...
