I'm pretty sure @mediatemple uses a bot for first level support requests. Very frustrating.

@mediatemple support is terrible. About $80 for emergency support. 36 hours later, nothing, & you can't speak with support. #MediaTemple

Wow. MediaTemple is Vindictive! They banned my IP + MAC addressed when I canceled. Verizon tech confirmed this - Unbelievable.
