@mediatemple I'v been number 1 in queue with a 4 minute wait time for about 20 minutes now and my site has been down since 1:30AM

@mediatemple disappointed there's no one available for 365/24/7 customer service right now. have to wait till monday for account approval

@mediatemple resources together, I've ran into major problems. Resulting in 5 hours spent with support on both ends over a simple dns change
