@mediatemple NOT happy with service. Sudden certificate + grid issues. NO response from company. Have to keep calling. #poorcustomerservice

Once again I am disappointed by @mediatemple's tech support. I know a 10 year old who knows more about WP than the last 3 support techs.

.@mediatemple Honestly, they just make them more difficult to remember. Lengthy-but-human-friendly trumps req of numbers/spec chars.

It took @mediatemple over a month to process a refund. And they charged me for that time. Worst customer experience in a long time.
