Aargh, it's driving me nuts, about 90% of the email I'm receiving now is spam, aaaaaargh. The @mediatemple spam filter is sooooooo weak.

@mediatemple My DV has been having downtimes and the named service is stopping every hour or so. This is causing me problems with customers.

@mediatemple FYI your Support form seems to be broken. Clicking "Create Support Request" just restarts the same form.

Rather fed up with @mediatemple now, 26 hrs since support request and 10 hours since the 'short delay', Nothing. Site still down.
