.@mediatemple I'm frustrated as hell, tired of "support tickets" and promises - it's been 2 months, fix the WP Premium Service or kill it.

Wow @mediatemple makes it too hard to cancel subscription and now I just paid 3 months subscription with them since the date of cancelation

Suggestions by @mediatemple to host site: lower TTL, remove zone file and take my email and site down. Platform is not ready for the public!
