Crappy Day! Friend passed away, can't work on my site and @mediatemple can't fix it, microwave just quit working w/ lunch in it. #fail

@mediatemple Problems w/ site all day. Can't login to wordpress at all. Chatted with support 2 times, not resolved, kicked off chat 2nd time
