@mediatemple mine is still dead. what really hurts at this point in time is the defunct email /nearing destruction as the hours go by

@mediatemple I can’t add DNS zones for new TLDs. Error says my domain is ‘not formatted correctly’. Please fix this asap.

@mediatemple My sites aren't loading, and your helpdesk said nothing is wrong. I can't wait the estimated 8 hours for a response! RIDICULOUS
