@mediatemple Tried to upgrade from Grid to this service but according to your tech, there is no way to do that. Only new acc. #fail

@TechCrunch @fredericl MediaTemple was the worst shared hosting WordPress provider I've ever had. Hopefully things have changed.

Cool. An old credit card which we no longer use got charged by @mediatemple despite being removed from the account.
