@mediatemple I see all my sites down and when I try to access my account center I get The server at is taking too long to respond.

@mediatemple Nope. Adding the domain returns an error saying its not formatted correctly. Support told me 2 days ago it would get fixed.

Many of our clients' sites are down. Appears to be an issue with @mediatemple and should be resolved shortly.

@mediatemple our DV server appears to be down. Rebooted the server over 5 minutes ago. Can't login via Plesk and no one is available to chat
