forced php/db upgrades breaking sites and now incredibly limited (but somehow still complicated) billing features... done with @mediatemple

@mediatemple I paid for CDN 24hr provisioning and you've taken 3+ weeks and lack of comms. Really bad support in the years Ive been with you

@mediatemple still the worst experience I've ever had in 12 years of managing websites for clients. Deleted DNS and didn't fix for 10 hours

@mediatemple double fail. Definitely, don't empower your junior technicians to solve problems. Worst customer service ever.
