Every couple of years I'm reminded that I'm a damn genius for choosing @mediatemple as my host. #CustServ isn't good. It's spectacular.

@mediatemple has been no help at all. There are no backups & apparently no way to restore or create a user folder. So angry right now.

@mediatemple killed my site on 1/27. User folder gone! No way in! Site broken. I am a single mom and this is how I feed my daughter!
