@mediatemple I think I have a broken email address on my acct. pwd isn’t working & recovery goes to broke acct. can’t log in to log an issue

We dumped @MediaTemple last year, but we had one straggler client that was still with them. After more problems they're switching now too.

v.bad customer support exp with @mediatemple @demian_sellfors. site is down from 24hrs but no proper update and resolution from their side.

On Hold with #MediaTemple - after being cut off on web chat. One of our client's websites is down and they obviously don't care.

Another reason to move away from @mediatemple - the most used screen is the “an error has occurred” screen.
