I have to say, @mediatemple rocks. They helped with a major site outage at 6am this morning (& the downtime wasn't their fault). Awesomeness

@mediatemple 20 hour wait times for canned responses. Mysterious clock sync problems. CHANGING MYSQL VERSIONS BEHIND MY BACK! No. No more.

@mediatemple I've been a mediatemple customer for years. Today, I'm leaving. I've had it with poor service and unexplained problems.
