@mediatemple Parfait. Hopefully it doesn't happen again soon. The site seems to be slow/down often lately (at least too much for my client)

@mediatemple will do. some googling around looks like there's some common problems, but don't think I've found exactly my case.

@mediatemple our 3.5 server has a serious fault and keeps on failing, causing the sites on the sever to not load at all!
