Using latest @DesktopServer & WP, which utilizes modern MySQL that apparently the incompatible @mediatemple GS hasn't bothered to embrace

With @mediatemple support chat, site doesn't work - server issue, but first thing they do is sell me Security feature for 40+$/month. #fail

@mediatemple All my sites down. :( Can't even open account page to mediatemple account. Facing this type of issues every second day now. :(

@mediatemple has done it again. Horrible customer service for a loyal, $100/mo paying customer. In the market for a new hosting provider.
