#mediatemple grid service down AGAIN, always at the worst time. Just over a month of uptime. VE is still up.

@mediatemple sites are all down again. Just lost a potential client. Person who referred them let me know that they couldn't get on the site

@mediatemple means the concept is broken. Nobody types in www. I'd have to rewrite each URL to www, pushing a dead prefix into ppls faces.
