@mitchmalone yeah which is why I moved from @mediatemple to this local guy. Absolute champ with a killer server and parramatta based.

@mediatemple That's odd. I filed a ticket and the 'estimated response time' from 5hrs is now 7hrs+.. =P Must be that hard. ;-)
