@mediatemple @mediatemplehelp I am beyond disappointed in the service I have received. "Soon" is not an acceptable timeline.

@mediatemple I'm having problems with a domain and can't get support anywhere, on the site it gives an error when I try to chat since ystday

Been a developer for 5 yrs & no host is as consistently AWFUL as @mediatemple Everything is a pain in the ass & 24hr+ wait times for support
