I like @mediatemple but I absolutely hate their hold times every time I have to call their support. Approx hold time is never less than 30m!

@mediatemple @bstinspiration I'm getting the same issue. Wordpress error message says it's caused by a database connection attempt timeout

@yewknee @jmathias Hmm... I moved from DH (hacked) to Mediatemple and finally site5.com. Haven't had any issues for 2-3 years. This is odd.

@lgladdy @mediatemple Shouldn't have to ask them on Twitter. When I put in a support ticket it should have been dealt with. They were crap.
