@mediatemple OK, but having to wait 10+ minutes to get tech support then with PW be told I cant be helped is not good. Don't be the DMV.

@mediatemple OK, but all I was trying to do was get my down site back up and running. I have the PW the Login everything. Disappointing.

TERRIBLE @mediatemple took FOREVER to get support then would not help me because my name is not on account had password and all other info.
