Major mail service issues with gmail on @mediatemple and @mediatemplehelp seems completely unaware, and/or unable to diagnoses or help. Bad.

Pretty sweet, notified @mediatemple about 18h ago about a server on their net distributing trojan/droppers, machine is still not offline.

@mediatemple -_- Phone support requires a pin that you can only get if you log into your account, which is the very problem I'm having....

@mediatemple can't log into account -tried resetting password, but get "the Primary Email entered is not a valid Account Center login" error
