I love that @mediatemple decided to upgrade the @wasp server with no notice & hosed all of the sites on the box. I have to rebuild now. Joy.

.@mediatemple looks like the acquisition shrunk help ticket times. I haven't put one in 4 some time but it went from 20 hrs to 2. Rock on!
