. @linode support is killing it at the moment. 17 hours and yet to respond to a ticket. Lucky I solved the problem myself.

Frustrated at how long it is taking @linode to respond to a support ticket. Been waiting well over 24 hours now :-(

@dsully +1 for linode, but you might regret placement in fremont.
