@khoath @BorrisInABox That happened to the linode as well. Weird crap. sudo su has always worked though.

@aaronkhowell that's the boring and slightly tedious method of doing it. Although I could always bind port 22 to something on my linode.

@Geesu Using another box at Linode for important stuff. All my Vpslink box handles is mail for 1 friend. Moving that shit once I'm not busy

I think I'm going to move my crap back to my home server from linode. I don't think I'm getting what I hoped to out of the linode server.

after a whole day I was finally able to deploy my fucking rails app with capistrano to linode!! It took me three linode rebuild :)
