Terrible service by @1and1 took a hosting package only, they charged one amount, then another, not as agreed. Emailed days ago, no reply

.@1and1 Web Hosting and Domains is terrible. Eternal holds, horrible support. Non-stop technical issues. Time to go back to @GoDaddy

@1and1 billing me 4 a service they forced me into & didn't ask 4, "WebsiteBuilder Extended Support", because I didn't move to a new service.
