Terrible customer service from @1and1 Web Hosting! No confirmation of renewal pending of domains and then boom! Invoice to pay!

@1and1_UK @1and1 ridiculous system for not renewing contracts with you. Obviously you try to make it as difficult as possible. Unethical.

I highly recommend anyone who's looking into renting a server NOT to use @1and1. They seem corrupt and their business practices need fixing.
