@1and1help_uk My 1and1 dedicated server WAS down for 5 months and your support department did nothing about it!!

@1and1 Any attempts to edit domain settings comes up with this error: Data Loading Failed Your data could not be loaded.

And when I received a bill yesterday, I called and confirmed that I wouldn't be charged. today I was charged. @1and1 You are the WORST!

@ow 1and1 are AWFUL. I get threatening emails, collection agency calls, for a domain I transferred away from them 7+ years ago. Fuck them

@Bob_Keel @1and1 it does suck. I was originally told 3 and told today 5 to 7. I will know better next time. I will find a better host.
