Extremely disappointed with @1and1 web hosting. 5-7 days of down time to migrate to an upgraded service level is completely unacceptable.

Gave up with @1and1. Trying out #SmarterAspNet which seems much better, though if Twitter is right, they are just as bad.

Trying to setup Windows hosting on @1and1. Don't think they could make this any worse even if they tried. Absolutely awful user experience.
