@1and1 Just a warning to all aspiring therapists and people who want to use this company. Don't! They don't listen! Customer Service is poor

@1and1 your on hold music and whatever that sound is, is beyond terrible, get a real on hold system.

@1and1help twice 1and1 told me something on the phone that turned out to be false. I'm not at all confident that this is a PayPal issue.
