@1and1help_uk The guy on the phone told us it would take 5-7 days and my customer is NOT best pleased, I told him to transfer to 1and1 :(

Spending an hour on the phone with my web hosting company because it's ok for websites to go down for 12+ hours... Shame on you @1and1!

@1and1 your hosted exchange servers still on RBLs and my clients having trouble emailing me on hold 40 min after asking for a supervisor!
