The problem I mentioned about Netfirms, is not on them but Shaw, I port 21 for ftp is affected by their internet issue.

WOW @Netfirms- the WORST customer support I've ever seen They've no idea how to help-send auto responses that have nothing 2do w/ ur issue!

@Netfirms Website down for over 4.5 hours. No reply to support ticket created 3.5 hours ago (#10681033). Serious problem. Please advise.
