@Netfirms Need help asap - all sites are down due to a bad script on a domain but don't know which one. On hold for second time after hangup

@Netfirms The worst service! 4 days and ticket has not been resolved. You don't have an escalation process, no updates on the ticket. Booo!

@netfirms, client has credentials to manage domain a, different credentials to domain b, domain b acc shows domain a, you guys are fucked.
