@Netfirms worst support ever! Took 15 mins for the Live Chat agent to verify my account and another 20 mins to realize they had to escalate.

@Netfirms Wow! Been a customer for yrs & you can't secure SSL i paid for. Crappy phone manner, told it would be fixed 3 days nothing.
