@Netfirms is officially the worst technical support service. A password reset for my WP leads to my site going down and template replacin it

1.5hrs on the phone & 4.5hrs worth of updates. Now the mobile version doesn't work properly. Not happy #weebly #CleanLines #netfirms

@Netfirms cannot update my account info. I get "invalid ZIP code" error but I know the postal code is valid for #Canada. Please help! #cx

@Netfirms - Registered a domain and you sold my billing info online. Customer Service puts you on hold for hours #horrible. #noprivacy

I've never seen such a mess, but this Netfirms file manager is a bloody POS and that doesn't help! Whole control panel sucks anyway.
