So I don't know if this is normal, but I emailed ixwebhosting.com w/ question about our site and they answered within an hour. Nicely done.

@mrgid @TFLDesign I've been using ixwebhosting, but they're a miserable lot. They're always going up and down now...cost me about $150/2yrs

Looks can be very deceiving. Signed up for www.ixwebhosting.com for my small sites. I wept when I saw how bad the control panel is.
