@Netsnipe @awscloud One thing I’ve learned from a year of AWS is that you can’t have your cake and eat it too. Damn those AWS limits!

We are following the progress of @awscloud closely. This has temporarily brought Presence servers offline. This is a very rare occurrence.

People fear @awscloud lockin but it's not bc of "code" but based on a firm combining innovation w/ scale better perhaps than any in history

@awscloud we are having problems with one of your servers for IPG that is 216.182.224.243 our trace stops there and gives more than 3 errors
