RSS feels like a relic when @awscloud's main news feed is titled "<title>What's New</title>", making it hard to distinguish cc @jeffbarr

Atrocious customer service from @awscloud. Switch root account owner is a really hard thing, apparently. 14 days and counting. #AWSsucks.
