@awscloud been getting “Out of Service” from ELB’s in GovCloud, don’t even see it hitting my nodes. I think something is broken...

I enrolled in the @awscloud free usage tier for 1 year. On my 1st month I got a $15 bill only for having a site with a static page. Revenge!
