found #bounce #error for #bigpond #email was missing #PTR #record and #reverse #DNS #record for @awscloud #EC2 instance on #mail #server

@awscloud @brentjaye "Between 1:10 PM and 3:45 PM PST" there were errors, but status didn't update until 2:47 PM. Completely unacceptable.
