Frustrating! @awscloud AWS::ApiGateway::RestApi (in cloud formation) unavailable in the Sydney region, even though the console/cli work fine

My @Strava upload failed for the first time in a long time this morning. Looks like they have been affected by the @awscloud S3 outage :-(
