@zeroXten @awscloud Any documentation is better than their documentation. It’s the one part of AWS that is difficult to work through.

The interesting part is there were 2 human errors last week: #Oscars2017 and @awscloud. AWS downtime falls under their SLA: 99.99% & 99.9%
