The Christmas Gift from @awscloud is a 10h ELB down in us-east region. Not affected @spreaker but 2013 could be a great year to move away.

Awesome support @awscloud -- I wasn't able to change the instance class of my RDS, I was charged $3, they refunded it and gave me a credit!
