So, InMotion hosting was great, my payment is rescheduled to 11/5 Now, to see what else I can do... I do NOT want to pay any $35 nsf fees.

@Dollarlogic I ended up choosing inmotion hosting. So far so good. Crossing fingers, since these guys can go down hill fast.
