If Hetzner's sales team offer no customer service at all, I'd hate to deal with the company and actually host anything there.

hetzner's backup system works only over sftp, so no rsync (unless you use sshfs). Problem solved with 30 lines of python code with paramiko

The only reason I still have a machine racked and don't just use Hetzner is the stupid ToSes everyone has.
