@HeartInternet Such a shame. 10 YEARS of loyal service and they wont even talk to me on the phone about a serious complaint. Time to Move!

@HeartInternet Wish your FTP size limit was bigger than 500mb for your shared hosting, makes trying to move my site over very hard.

@HeartInternet disappointed in you response times today with the ticketing service very slow indeed :(
